Return & Replacement Policy:
At Excel Industries, all custom printed bags are manufactured strictly as per customer specifications; therefore, custom printed orders are non-returnable and non-replaceable once confirmed and approved. Replacement will be considered only in the case of manufacturing defects such as stitching issues or material damage, and the issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery along with clear photo or video proof. Minor color variations, transit damage after delivery, improper handling, or change of mind will not be eligible for return or replacement. Customers are advised to inspect the goods at the time of delivery and report any visible defects immediately.
